Edward is a senior energy project execution leader with over 13 years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure and capital projects across the U.S. energy sector. With a background in chemical and petroleum engineering and advanced financial management training, he has held leadership roles at TransCanada, ConEdison, the U.S. Department of Energy, and major oil and gas operators. Edward is recognized for his strategic leadership, technical expertise, and ability to deliver complex energy projects safely, efficiently, and at scale.

Edward is a senior energy industry leader with over thirteen years of experience directing large-scale capital and operational projects across the United States. He currently leads TransCanada Energy’s project execution team, overseeing project managers and engineers responsible for delivering complex projects across thirty-four states.
His career spans leadership roles in both public and private sectors, including ConEdison, the U.S. Department of Energy, Entergy, Hunt Petroleum, and TransCanada Pipeline. In these roles, Edward has successfully directed major infrastructure, operational, and capital investment projects, consistently delivering results aligned with safety, cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
Beyond execution, Edward has published technical papers and is recognized for his strong combination of engineering expertise, strategic decision-making, and advanced management capability. He has also contributed to the profession through active involvement in international organizations such as the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).
Edward is widely respected for his technical acumen, disciplined leadership style, and commitment to high-quality outcomes in complex, high-stakes environments.
Educational Experience
Edward holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, where he built a strong foundation in engineering principles and problem-solving. He later earned a master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, deepening his technical expertise in energy systems and resource development. To complement his engineering background with business and financial acumen, he also completed a financial management certification from Cornell University, which equipped him with the skills to align his technical decision-making and financial and strategic objectives.
