Samuel brings over 24 years of experience at AngloGold Ashanti, including eight years serving as Engineering Manager for underground services, where he oversaw four superintendents. He has led process improvement initiatives that have shaped company culture and provided mentorship to both engineers and technicians. Samuel earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and holds a safety certification from Manhattan College, New York.
