Norbert holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a master's degree in structural engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He possesses eight years of experience as a structural engineer with SRC Consulting Engineers and five years serving as a specialist in the structures laboratories at KNUST.
